What Bar Games 101 Is
Bar Games 101 is a publisher. We write and film how-to guides for bar games, drinking games, card games, and party games, and we sell a small number of our own printable party products. We are not a retailer of alcohol, we do not host or organize events, and we are not affiliated with the manufacturers or trademark holders of any commercial game we happen to write about.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the Site for republication, whether by hand or with automated tools.
- Republish our written rules, videos, images, or printables as your own, or resell our printable products.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it.
- Use the Site or anything you get from it for anything illegal, including anything that violates the alcohol laws where you live.
Using our pages as a reference at your own party, printing a printable for your own use, and linking to us are all explicitly fine and encouraged.
Intellectual Property
Most of the games we cover — King’s Cup, Beer Pong, Flip Cup, Spades, Rummy, Cornhole and the rest — are traditional or widely-known games that nobody owns. The rules to those games are public. What we own is our expression of them: the way we explain, organize, illustrate, film, and lay out those rules on this Site.
All original text, video, photography, illustration, printable designs, page layouts, and the Bar Games 101 name and logo are our copyright and trademarks. You may quote a short excerpt with clear credit and a link back. You may not copy a page, a printable, or a video wholesale.
Where we mention a commercially published game by name, we do so descriptively for the purpose of review and instruction. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Our printable party products are sold through our shop and through Etsy. Those purchases are subject to the checkout provider’s own terms and refund policies. Printables are digital downloads licensed for your personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you like for your own parties, but do not resell, redistribute, or use them in a commercial venue without written permission.
Third-Party Links & Embeds
We link to and embed third-party content — YouTube videos, Amazon product pages, Etsy listings, Pinterest boards. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. When you leave our Site, their rules apply, not ours.

If you subscribe through our newsletter signup, you’re agreeing to receive game rules, printables, party tips, and occasional product announcements from us. We don’t sell or rent your email address. Drinking Games — Adults 21+ Only
Some of our content covers drinking games. That content is intended only for adults of legal drinking age — 21 and over in the United States, or the legal age wherever you are. It is published for entertainment and reference.
Please drink responsibly, know your limits, never drink and drive, never pressure anyone else to drink, and never play a drinking game with anyone underage. Any drinking game on this Site can be played with a non-alcoholic drink and works fine that way. You are responsible for your own choices and for the safety of your guests.
